Folsom Loan Officer – Cristina Milanes

Cristina has over 7 years of experience in customer service. She is the Loan Partner I on the Kevin Fritz Team at Iron Point Mortgage. Her outstanding knowledge, energy and superior service enables her to assist clients in their loan process by getting them started and keeping them informed. She is an excellent problem solver, communicator and efficient at everything she strives to do. It is Cristina’s job to collect the initial required documentation from applicants, establish and maintain files, order credit reports, and set your appointment to meet with the Loan Officer.
