Sarah Ashton – Loan Operations Manager

Sarah is involved with each loan file throughout the full loan life cycle.  She is the primary point of contact for each client, while also working closely with Processing, Underwriting and Realtors.  She researches difficult credit and loan scenarios, manages compliance and initial loan disclosures, and helps Kevin make sure the numbers are right!  Sarah has a degree in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and 20 years of HR and Finance consulting, prior to entering the mortgage industry.  Her experience, education and intense attention to detail are great assets to you, as the borrower.
